2- Sales :
After I built trust with them , they began to offer me special prices and discounts , they didn''''''''''''''''t suspend my overdue servers , they even gave me grace periods to pay my overdue , they also gave me servers before PAYMENT which cannot be done by most of companies
3- Support :
replies are always fast except very few times over the last 5 hours which can be counted on your fingers where they replied just few hours later (1-4) but in 99.9 of cases all support requests are answered in same hour . anybody can try them in any random time day or night
4- Customer service :
they immediately offer credit for any shortage on their side however that shortage was not caused by them by through third parties they deal with ... so they are very very reliable."
