I've been with Hostingsource.com for three months now, and having used several other hosts in the past can say with confidence this one is the best. Their fees are more than reasonable, and – most importantly to me as a 1-person show – their customer service is bar none. Whenever I have an issue – which is rare – I can contact the hostingsource team quickly via online chat, phone, or email, and get the issue resolved fast.

I've been using Hostingsource services for not so long and must say that everything works fine. I did not purchase the cPanel. With my general knowledge of Linux and help from the support team, I was able to install only what I wanted to meet my PCI compliance. Recommended.

As I added more sites to my portfolio - I wanted to update to a bigger plan - I researched and ended up at Hostingsource and got a shared hosting account - now I have a dedicated server and still use Hostingsource web host. Hostingsource is by far the best. I have been with them for more then 8 months now (have business account) and I can not recall when was the last time I had to write a ticket. Their support was very quick and solved all the troubles.

I think hostingsource VPS hosting is a good deal! I can't praise the tech team of support folks enough - they make things look so easy, they have not had any downtime since I have been a customer, - rather they are "real" people who know what customer service is all about.

All my questions have been questioned knowledgeably within an hour - often within a few minutes. HostingSource hosting is ok. They ensure privacy and are ultimately the best. 24/7 and guaranteed within the hour, though i have never had to wait more that 10 minutes. Some sites also do stuff like make you advertise them even if you pay or not listen to suggestions and never communicate or anything.

The most impressive aspect of Hostingsource is the reaction time for technical queries. My last web-host would sometimes take days to respond to your help ticket. I feel safe and secure with this host. I love the speed of the site, the uptime, the support when needed, and the features (the automatic backups are wonderful especially). Great support, personalized service, and deff recommend.
