"Absolute Nightmare with HostSeba"
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with HostSeba, and I cannot emphasize enough how terrible their services are. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
Firstly, their claim of a 30-day money-back guarantee is nothing but a sham. I tried to avail of this guarantee after being thoroughly dissatisfied with their service, but guess what? They conveniently found ways to avoid giving me my money back, leaving me stuck with a service that was not even close to what they promised.
Moreover, the servers seem to have a mind of their own. Every night at 11:30 PM, like clockwork, the server goes offline and stays that way for an astonishing 10 to 12 hours. This kind of downtime is unacceptable, especially for a service that is supposed to be reliable and available around the clock.
Their customer support, touted as 24/7, is laughably inadequate. I attempted to reach out for assistance during the server downtime, only to be met with silence. It's evident that their so-called support team is either non-existent or grossly incompetent. False advertising at its finest.
In my opinion, HostSeba is a 100% fraudulent company. Their practices, from misleading guarantees to abysmal server performance and non-existent customer support, make it clear that they are not to be trusted. Even if they were offering their services for free, I would strongly advise against getting involved with this company. Save yourself the headache and frustration; look elsewhere for a reliable hosting provider.
