There have been a very few downtime periods but they were handled quickly and efficiently. Must mention that GTHost support and emails are always quick. The operations have expanded greatly but they have not let that get in the way of offering great customer service. GTHost is a money-worth as I am using it for two months and have to faced any big issue, other than slight downtime's which can come with any web host, but most of the times, my website was up and running within few minutes.

I didn’t have much time over the weekend to get our site up again, but thankfully I managed to find GTHost hosting provider.
