"The host is fast, support is fast."

Like most I did the research and spent hours looking at reviews for the various hosts. Finally decided to give Netshop isp a try. I have had experience with several hosts as most have over the last 5 years or so, and this is the best one I have been associated with. To date, I'm happy with the performance and reliability of the service. Netshop isp is what I would consider to be an extremely proficient web host and usually manages to answer support tickets in 10 minutes or less every time I have had to put a ticket in to their support.

"Recommend them."

I've been very happy with their courteous tech customer service. Stable servers with great uptime and their VPS comes with unique dedicated IP's. I am 100% happy client. When I have a problem - their technicians get information which I can give them and determine what the problem is and fix it for me, while in most cases, you are in an IM session. Recommend them.

"Fast replies, easy to follow instructions."

Excellent service from the team. After some initial problems with the settings we contacted the support team and received a super quick response which was really helpful and solved the issue. "AMAZING web host."

In addition to good pricing, uptime and support, NetShop Isp also provides a very nice control panel with a large list of functions some of which cost extra at other hosting providers. The hosting system is superb, with spam controls, webmail and mailing list management about as good as one could want. The things I like about NetShop Isp are: servers respond fast, and I've never experienced downtime, features are very good, they increased everyones bandwidth for free a while. Recommended.

"can't ask for anything more."
