When I was looking for a managed VPS provider, one of my biggest concerns was finding a company with reliable customer support. I am happy to say that Right Servers has exceeded my expectations in this regard. Itta on the customer support team is extremely responsive and has been able to assist me with any issues I've had in a timely manner. I appreciate her quick response times and commitment to resolving any help I needed - she even helped me debug an issue I was having with a WordPress plugin! The VPS performance has been top-notch and I have not experienced any downtime since signing up with Right Servers. I would highly recommend Right Servers to anyone who is looking for a managed VPS provider - they just make running an online business easier. Mainly running WordPress instances for my clients and I always figured all hosting is made equal; they all run SSDs and use the same type of Dell servers or HP or whatever is popular nowadays. Apparently not ... this has got to be the first "SSD" host that actually delivers performance. I don't even need a lot of performance for the most part, a lot of these sites receive just a few hundred visitors a month, but I do have a few sites receiving thousands of visitors a day and they all perform like they have unlimited resources. The sales guy told me that they don't overload their servers and that's the key to their services but I figured they all say that crap just to convince you to sign up. I gotta be honest with you, no idea if he's telling the truth but I can tell you first hand that their servers do perform better and I even noticed my clients' rankings jumped up (all else being constant). Anyways, they asked me if I can provide a review for their website and I figured I would share my experience here as well. Kind folks, very helpful and will install and configure everything you ask them to. Nothing to complain about honestly, tickets answered in a timely manner, anything urgent is taken care of right away. I'm going to stick with them and recommend them to anybody running a bunch of WordPress sites!

Well, Rightservers takes my existing web site and gives it a makeover. They did an excellent and professional job! Very happy with Rightservers managed solutions for enprepreneurs so far, been using them for a couple of months and both performance and service have been very good and the pricing is outstanding. Might upgrade to a root server soon and I'll definitely stay with them. Thumbs up!

My web host is very helpful with setup of my new websites. Rightservers is not one of the biggest web hosts here or over there, but they are really fast and reliable. The main advantage for me at the present moment is NO DOWNTIME. Yeap. I have been with them for 6 months and have 100% uptime. If they keep doing such service for me - they will get me as client for ages!

It’s cheap, but at the same time it’s reliable, providing an uptime of 100% which is something hard to compete with. My previous host fails to meet it, tough it’s recommended by a ton of web developers. In short – my vote goes for Rightservers and their cheap cloud hosting solutions.
