"responsive, friendly, and patient."

One day I got rid of the jumping from one place to another and decided to go with my first paid hosting provider – NETSHOP. Now I’m satisfied and get patient and do not need to be always in the search. I have to say “Thank you” to NETSHOP! I like: price, support and connection speed. I do not like (better to say that is not enough for me) limited number of data centers where I can host my sites.

I enjoy my hosting experience dealing with NETSHOP team! They were very helpful and sorted my issue out promptly. "No delays, no downtime, no lost emails."

I cant reconmend this team enough, they are brilliant, I am a newbe and get stuck a lot of the time, they help me fix things i have messed up. As said before the teams replys to emails is like instant messaging, not like other firms you send messages to (2-3 days if they even bother) hosting is spot on as well, thank you NETSHOP and a special thank you to their tech support team.

"Keep doing a great job!"
